The story

Bluewater were looking to try and encourage consumers to spend longer in the shopping centre and encourage them to seek out places they might not have otherwise been aware of or experienced.

NexusEngage took an empty retail unit and engaged the consumer through a custom made game machine on a brightly coloured and interesting hoarding. The game, if the consumer won gave a printed voucher that could be redeemed at one of the restaurants in the shopping centre. The activation aims to drive up consumer awareness and encourages consumers to spend longer in the mall and purchase from retailers they may previously not have purchased from.
