Project & Operations Manager – UK/LONDON

Brief: In this role, you will work closely with the Sales & Innovation team and the Operations & Implementation team to achieve maximum customer satisfaction and account growth, through the delivery of agreed tasks and KPI’s. This role is key to ensuring that the clients expectations are met at all times. All clients should enjoy working with Nexus from the start of a project through to project completion. 

This role is based in our office near Aldgate, London.

Objectives of your role

  • To manage project delivery for UK and European activations through our PM tools
  • To understand the client requirements and ensure delivery through our internal and external teams
  • To ensure Nexus Engage implementation teams / suppliers are fully briefed in time to deliver the services required to fulfil the client orders
  • To work with and communicate regularly with our existing clients to ensure their needs are being met
  • To maintain and develop ongoing client relationships
  • To act as a link between the business development team and the client
  • To act as a link between the support and development team and the client before and during an activation
  • To ensure that all information and collateral that is crucial to a campaign is collected on time and in full
  • To work with the client and our support team to ensure SLA’s are met and the client is consistently delighted with our service
  • To ensure that campaign reports are delivered in full and on time and that review meetings are scheduled in post activation


Essential Experience and Skill Set:

  • A passion for technology and its potential to transform experiences
  • Proven track in managing a project and a delivery from A to Z
  • Experience in building relationships and partnerships
  • Enjoys a challenge with a positive ‘can do’ attitude
  • Excellent communication and time management
  • Highly organised
  • Highly motivated and able to work independently
  • Strong commercial awareness
  • IT literate with Mac, Windows and Office experience
  • Willing to travel
